Teams canceling their tournament entry more than thirty (30) days before the tournament start date are entitled to a refund of their registration fees minus a non-refundable $500 deposit. Teams canceling their tournament entry within thirty (30) days of the tournament start date are not entitled to any type of refund. If we are able to fill your team's spot with a team that is paying an entry fee to play in the tournament, we will apply a credit to entry in a future tournament. No refunds, by credit card or check, will be made to teams canceling within thirty (30) days of the event.
