Upon receipt of your registration, MYHockey Tournaments will hold a spot for your team for 7 days or until a deposit of $500 or full payment is received. All balances must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. All teams playing in USA Hockey sanctioned events will be required to submit a certified roster from USA Hockey or Hockey Canada prior to the tournament start date. Teams are not required to have their certified roster at the time of entry, but providing a link to your team's certified roster from USA Hockey or AHAI in the registration form below does make things much easier.

Payment instructions will be emailed to the team contact when your team's placement into the tournament has been confirmed by a MHT Regional Account Manager. Payment options include ACH, Credit Card and Check. Please be sure to include your team's name, tournament and division on the check and email them to our office (mailing address). If your payment is not received within 7 days, registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
